Here is how to do an anal gagger balancer

1. Pad a one foot plank with a sponge wrapped with a drape for patient comfort
2. Tie the patient/whore to the device so that she cannot get out nor fall but still have enough slack to go back in forth a few inches.
3. Push a huge dildo in her ass at maximum capacity. (dildo may be elevated on a bigger sponge and wrapped in position previously).
4. Push another dildo down her throat and tie her head and the dildo separately to the main device.
5. The rocking can be done by the patient/whore with a set of well placed ropes (she can rock herself while being paddled) or manual by a caregiver while another paddles her ass into submission.
